Economy shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of the the order being made so keep an eye out for tracking info within this timeframe. If your item is urgent, please reach out to us and we will do our best to facilitate.

Note: we hold stock in a carefully selected handful of locations worldwide so shipping around the world is no exception to our dispatch and delivery timeframes.

Express shipping. 

We can upgrade to express shipping upon request at an additional cost, otherwise all shipping is standard post, which is very reliable. Unfortunately express shipping is not available within AUS & NZL.

Only one tee arrived?

Did your order two tees and only one has arrived? We try to reach out to you personally on order where this happens. As stated above, this is due to us holding stock in different locations, if we are out of a colour/size in our Brisbane space then it will be dispatched from Europe and wont be far behind!

Refusal of delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Nostalgia you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to Nostalgia. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received back.

Import Taxes

Nostalgia has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.
